I’ve begun to research getting a pa fishing license - I’ll need proof of my pa residency - but haven’t got a photo id or Pa drivers license yet-

Not sure what there is to catch or when or even how - lots to learn!

I’d like to find someone who can maintain this blog page on fishing - who understands all the rules & regulations as well as can give good advice on fishing in Upper Black Eddy & surrounding areas -
